My boyfriend could eat chicken wings 7 days a week. Seriously we're ordering wings at least once every week. However, it gets expensive so I told him to let me try and make some. If it's terrible, we'll keep ordering. If they're great, we're only ordering out for a special occasion. Lucky me he loved these wings and now we're saving our wallets! I bought frozen chicken wings from Shop N Save and they cook really well in an air fryer. Scroll down for the recipe and directions!
Ingredients:
- Frozen chicken wings (12)
- baby carrots
- 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 4 tbs butter
- dash of onion powder
- dash of garlic powder
Directions:
Cook wings in air fryer at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Flips wings after 10 minute mark.
Flip wings again after 20 minute mark.
Over low heat, combine Frank's red hot sauce, onion powder, butter, and garlic powder in a small saucepan. Mix until combined.
Put wings in saucepan and roll them in the sauce.
Serve with carrots and ranch (or blue cheese) and enjoy!
